Great store by Fairview Mall and lots of sales to be had. Watch flyers for any sales or promo days. Went to shop for Christmas items and the associates ( I can only remember Siena) were all very helpful. They found the items I was looking for in Waterloo and had the store reserved my item until I can pick up. Store was very organized and shout out to Siena and all the associates at this store. Customers like myself will keep coming back for the exceptional customer service/support.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Logan went above and beyond with assisting me with choosing a snowboarding helmet and making suggestions. all in all very friendly employees!

Ordered a Christmas gift online for in store pickup end of November, received an email a few days later saying it was delayed a couple days. Got another email a week later saying it was still delayed. Finally called store after a few days and it said my order had been fully cancelled, not so bad just super annoying and inconvenient that a store like this doesn’t have better customer service to tell me a week before Christmas that my order had been fully cancelled instead of delayed.

The store is nice and clean. Poor selection of Blue Jays fan merchandise. I couldn't find any shirts, sweaters or jerseys in any men's sizes. I didn't even notice any sales clerk around to inquire. Not every customer wants to be approached by staff though which I'm sure is impossible to determine. It's probably just easier to purchase online.

I was here recently, for purchasing a few things. I have to admit that all the sales associates that I came across in the store were extremely polite and helpful. Especially Reman, she was very polite and assisted me in finding the merchandise that I was looking for. She was very focused on what I wanted and gave me the exact item that I wanted. I’m extremely pleased. And I’m hoping to stop by at the store as soon as I get the time. Keep up the good work.

I brought my mom here to buy Christmas gifts for her grandchildren. Not an easy task. The manager, Tim, was a huge help finding the sizes she needed within her budget. We really appreciated it!

I don’t normally write reviews but I was here the other day looking for some comfortable everyday shoes for my new job and the young man who helped me out was so friendly. He was so helpful and clearly was super genuine and wanted to help me find the best pair of shoes for my job. I wish I got his name but he was very tall. Made my day a lot better just chatting with him
